What you’ll learn

I will teach you mentoring strategies to help you establish your legitimacy, harness your personal power, and develop relationships that allow you to advance strategically in your organization.

Why you should work with me…

Before I became a growth mindset coach my career success would not have been possible without the help of mentors. The lessons gained are not mine to keep to myself. When we answer the call to mentorship, we show up for ourselves in ways that help us grow, achieve career goals, and provide hope and promise to our community.

Developed from decades of experience and extensive research on the topic, I can provide mentoring strategies to help you increase your visibility, develop trusting relationships, make purposeful connections, and maximize informal networks to position you for senior leadership roles in your organization.

An eclectic mix of business and academics shapes my lived experiences. My background is in financial services, product marketing, and education as an adjunct faculty member and counselor.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Cardinal Stritch University, a Master of Arts degree in English Education from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
