Dr. Jocelyn M. Lee

author, coach, entrepreneur, speaker

Jocelyn Michelle Lee is an author and literary voice for healing, empowerment, and transformation.

With a rich legacy as a growth mindset coach, business leader, and educator, Jocelyn now writes stories and reflections that stir the soul, challenge the status quo, and inspire meaningful change.

Her words are rooted in lived experience and a deep belief in the power of storytelling to move people toward peace, freedom, and joy.

With more than 30 years in corporate leadership, consultative sales, and business development—combined with a passion for community service and education—Jocelyn brings a multidimensional perspective to every page she writes.

A National African American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI) fellow, former non-profit board member, and speaker, she has championed financial literacy, mentored rising leaders, and taught at the collegiate level.

Her academic path includes a B.S. in Business Management and M.A. in Religious Studies from Cardinal Stritch University, an M.A. in English from Grand Canyon University, and a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Her dissertation focused on mentoring and the advancement of African-American women in corporate leadership.

Today, Jocelyn resides in Arizona with her husband of 43 years, her beloved mother, and Solomon, their faithful Labrador Retriever. Their two sons live nearby, while their daughter lives abroad in Spain.

Through her books and blogs, Jocelyn continues to do what she’s always done best—hold space for growth, share wisdom with grace, and invite others to become the best version of themselves.
